At The Lifting Room we offer some great Personal Training Packages for all levels of experience. Our recommended trainers are all qualified and experienced in all types strength training techniques. Check out some of our packages bellow. Or contact us for something more bespoke.

Please note: If you buy a multiple day pass, you must use the gym in consecutive calendar days, one day after the other. You cannot choose days at random.
For example, if you buy a 30 day gym pass on the 1st of the month, you have until midnight on the 30th to use the gym. Access codes are only generated and sent once payment has been made and between the hours of 09:00 & 17:00. Once your paid membership has expired your personal door access code will no longer work.
Each day pass expires at midnight. If you buy a day pass at 14:00, you have until midnight on the same day to use the gym. Please note that day passes do not last 24 hours. Day passes start at 08:00 on the selected start date.
We recommend to always pay for your membership the day before you wish to start.
